1. Introduction
The eBook Library respects the intellectual property rights of authors, publishers, creators, businesses, and other rights holders. We expect users, sellers, and visitors of the Platform to do the same.

The eBook Library is a marketplace, discovery, and referral platform for eBooks and related digital content.
Sellers may upload listings, descriptions, sales pages, excerpts, cover images, and related materials, and may also link users to seller-controlled or third-party checkout pages. While The eBook Library may moderate content, it does not automatically verify ownership rights for every seller-submitted item before publication.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to upload, publish, display, distribute, or promote the content they make available through the Platform.
