1. Introduction
The eBook Library (“The eBook Library,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an online marketplace, discovery, and referral platform that allows sellers, authors, publishers, creators, and other content providers to present, promote, and link to eBooks and related digital content.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, submit a lead form, unsubscribe from communications, browse content, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
By using The eBook Library, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Platform Role
The eBook Library is a marketplace, discovery, and referral platform.
The Platform is designed to remain economical for authors and sellers. The eBook Library does not take a percentage of seller sales. Instead, the Platform currently charges a fixed fee of $15 per year per eBook listing and may also generate revenue through prime placements, affiliate promotions, or similar platform-level promotional opportunities.
Sellers typically use their own external payment links, checkout systems, or third-party payment processors. Because of that, the handling of payments, refunds, delivery, billing disputes, and checkout-specific customer transaction terms is generally the responsibility of the seller or the seller’s payment processor.
