1. Purpose
This Earnings / Results Disclaimer explains important limitations regarding earnings claims, performance claims, success stories, testimonials, case studies, and other results-based statements that may appear on or through The eBook Library.
The purpose of this disclaimer is to make clear that individual results vary and that no representation is being made that any user, buyer, visitor, or seller will achieve any particular outcome from using, reading, purchasing, following, or applying any eBook, recommendation, system, strategy, tool, or advice presented on the Platform.
2. Platform Role
The eBook Library is a marketplace, discovery, and referral platform.
The Platform is structured to be a low-cost and economical platform for authors and sellers. The eBook Library does not take a percentage of seller sales. Instead, the Platform currently charges a fixed fee of $15 per year per eBook listing and may also generate revenue through prime placements, affiliate promotions, or similar promotional opportunities.
This business model may help sellers present, promote, and advertise their eBooks more economically than platforms that charge ongoing sales commissions. However, no specific earnings, advertising performance, or business result is guaranteed.
The Platform may contain content created by independent sellers, authors, publishers, creators, or other contributors. The eBook Library does not automatically verify every earnings claim, income claim, testimonial, business result, or success statement made by sellers or contained in their sales pages, listings, eBooks, reviews, or promotional materials.
All such claims are the responsibility of the seller or content creator who made them.
3. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results
The eBook Library makes no guarantee that any user, buyer, or visitor will achieve:
- any specific amount of income
- any business growth
- any financial success
- any sales volume
- any lead volume
- any conversion rate
- any customer growth
